1. Anti-wrinkle under-eye mask with eggs and carrots 

Proteins and vitamins contained in an egg perfectly firm the skin and keep it from the formation of the so-called crow’s feet. Carrots are the source of retinol (vitamin A) – one of the best antioxidants. The mask leaves the skin firmer and improves its color.


  • 1 egg white,
  • 1 tablespoon of finely ground carrot,
  • 1 tablespoon of aloe juice or aloe gel.

Directions and application:

Combine all the ingredients together and mash with a fork to obtain a thick paste. Apply it to a cleansed under-eye skin and leave on for about 15 minutes. Then, wash down with a cotton pad soaked in lukewarm water.

2. Brightening-soothing under-eye mask with parsley 

This mask reduces dark under-eye circles, reduces puffiness, brightens and sweeps away free radicals. Parsley is a strong antioxidant because it comprises more vitamin C than a lemon.


  • parsley – about 1 tablespoon,
  • 2-3 tablespoons of warm milk.

Directions and application:

Chop the parsley, add milk and mix well. Soak two cotton pads in it and leave aside for about 10 minutes. After this time, take them out and place on your eyelids. Take them off after 10 minutes.

3. Gelatin under-eye mask for dilated capillaries and dark circles 

Gelatin is known for having a strong concentration of vitamin K – therefore, it improves the skin tone, color and gently brightens.


  • hot water,
  • half a teaspoon of gelatin.

Directions and application:

Dissolve gelatin in hot water and blend well. Wait until it cools down, once it’s ready, apply to the under-eye area. Leave it on for about 30 minutes. In the end, wipe it away with a cotton pad soaked in warm water.

4. Potato under-eye mask for swollen skin 

This mask will deal with under-eye swelling and puffiness quickly and effectively.


  • 1 medium-sized potato.

Directions and application:

Wash, peel and grind the potato. Use a fine grater. Drain excess water and apply the potato mass to the eye area. Wash down after 20 minutes.

5. Regenerating under-eye mask with honey

Directions and application:

Combine the tablespoon of natural honey with a teaspoon of powdered milk or heavy cream and mix well. Apply the paste to the eye area and wash down after 20 minutes with cool water.

6. Cucumber under-eye mask for dark circles and puffiness 

For a long time, cucumber has been known as a remedy that brightens the skin and soothes any swelling on the skin. It contains a lot of phenolic acid and peroxidase – thanks to this it stimulates blood circulation and refreshes tired skin.


  • Half a fresh cucumber (preferably organic if possible).

Directions and application:

Grind the cucumber on a small mesh grate, press the excess water and apply the remaining paste to the skin under the eyes. You can cover everything with cotton pads so that the mush does not drip from the face. Wash down after 20 minutes.

How often do you apply under-eye masks?

These drugstores should be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Most often, it is enough if you apply them to the skin 2-3 times a week. There are also special masks – treatments that need to be applied daily for a specific number of days (most often 10-day treatments). Homemade eye masks can be used daily, if you use organic ingredients from organic crops. Nevertheless, the golden mean is to use them 2-3 times per week.
